It’s the Great Wall Cowry Now
I am having second thoughts now about buying a small car. At first my wife and I have planned to buy a Peri from Great Wall Motors but now we are talking about buying a passenger van, the Cowry, also from Great Wall Motors Philippines.
The Cowry is a passenger van that has a 2.0-liter 4G63 MIVEC, SOHC gasoline engine with a displacement of 1,997 cc. It is also EURO 4 compliant, as all of the gasoline engines of Great Wall are, and has a multi-point electronic-controlled fuel injection. It has a maximum output of 140hp at 6,000 rpm and a maximum torque of 185 Nm at 3,000-4,500 rpm.
The other specs are perfect especially its lighting fixture that is equipped with a headlight leveling device. Another plus is its standard ABS+EDD, dual airbags, side impact beams, and the engine electronic anti-theft system. It is valued at P895,000.
